I just went on a walk and my Blaze did not record or recognize that I was walking on my dashboard. It recorded the steps but not the fact that it was a walk (brisk). I only got the blaze yesterday and it recorded my 2 walks from yesterday as walks with no problem. So what has changed?

Try restarting your tracker a few times (it does not always work right away, so it is recommended to do it 3 times) as explained in this article. It can fix a lot of things. Please let us know if it happens again despite the restarts.

Best AnswerI just did a walk and it still didn't recognize it as a walk. I did reset it three times like you suggested but it still did not recognize it. It counts the steps but just won't recognize the walk excercise.
I am not very happy about this as I only got it yesterday and it was working fine then.
What do you suggest I do next to get it to work properly?

It has started working again now. I will just have to hope it stays operational.
Best AnswerHow long were your walks? There's a current issue with runs not showing up on the dashboard either - the only ones working for me are under 5 mins, everything over doesn't show up.
Best AnswerMy walks are around 25-30 minutes. But it all seems to be working now. It takes a while for the dashboard to show that I did a walk, it does not happen immediately.
