Hi anyone,

Where can I find the Allow Screen Device option on the blaze. Also is there a way to make text notifications show the name of the sender rather than "new message"

Hi there @sosinuga, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'd like to help you out with this.

When it comes to the messages, make sure that in your message settings, you have enabled the option to show a message preview. This way, you will be able to see who is sending you the message and a brief preview of it.

Now, I'm not really clear on what you're referring to when you mention the Allow Screen Device option. Could you please clarify that for me?

I'll be looking forward for your reply!

Hi there,

Sorry how do I get to the message settings as I can't seem to find it on my blaze .

Also the second query was referring to enabling always-on screen if possible .

Thanks

Thanks for getting back @sosinuga! 🙂

For the text messages settings, it has to be on your phone settings directly. Once you've accessed the settings, look for Messages and once you tap on that, you should see an option to enable messages previews.

Now, about an option to make the screen to be always on, this is not possible at the moment. You will only see the display if you either turn your wrist or if you're navigating through the screens but after a few seconds, it will turn off.

If you need more help, let me know!

Hi again,

Thanks for that.

I've been seeing posts about getting more watch faces for the blaze so I was wondering if there's any news on that as most of the posts are from last year

Thanks
