Fitbit Blaze not turning on

My fitbit blaze run out of battery so has gone flat. I charged it overnight but it does not appear to have worked as the screen wont turn on but the back green lights are still flashing. My phone wont sync with it so I'm am not sure if it has charged or if it is broken.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems getting your Blaze to respond. I'll be happy to help you out with this.

First, I'd like to know... whenever you put your tracker to charge, are you able to see anything coming up on the display? Maybe even that it's charging and it will turn off when you take it out of the charger?

Also, have you tried to restart it? If not, this is something you can also try. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
