Fitbit Blaze display corrupted

I purchased a Fitbit Blaze for Christmas and it has recently stopped working. All I can see on the face of the blaze are 3 blue blinking diamonds. I have tried resetting and nothing happens. I now have 3 blue blinking diamonds and a red line going across the screen.

 

 Any help would be appreciated.

Hello @Ginny.NewYork if the reset doesn't do any hint, then it might be time to look in the top right corner of this page, or under help in the app, then contact.fitbit.com.

i have not tried to contact the support team but will do so today.

 

I will try and figure out how to send you a photo on this device and forum. I have not used this before.
