Hi there @HarryNT, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm very sorry to hear that the display on your Fitbit Blaze is acting like this. Thanks a lot for all that you've tried to get it to work. I'd like to help you out.

One last thing that I can recommend is setting up your tracker as a new device and see if this makes any difference on the display. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Hope this helps and if you're still having the same problem, I'd like to move forward checking your options. If you need more help, let me know!

Thanks for your post.

However the screen pretty much does not work. I get the glitches logo screen when it is reset and that is about it. It is obvious that it is on as it vibrates.
I tried what you suggested and when it came to the ‘Enter the code screen’ I got another glitch screen with just one white line. At all other times the screen is black.
This device is only 18months old and is used by my son. I would not have expected the screws/device to die so soon.

I really hope there is a solution.

Regards.
