Does anyone else have any burns from wearing the Fitbit Blaze? I've shown this to a few physician friends and they have said it's likely first degree burns. I don't wear the Fitbit while I sleep and wash/clean it regularly.

 

Does anyone have experience getting a replacement from Fitbit?

My best recommendation for the inconvenience you've developed in your skin is to follow the Wear and Care instructions, make sure to avoid different type of soaps that might get trapped beneath the band and it may irritate your skin. If you already follow each one of these recommendations, please reply back to us via email. I have already tried cleaning it with the appropriate cleaning reagents and substances, but the situation has not gotten better.

 

Please have someone reach out to me with a fix to this situation immediately.

Following up on this again as I have not heard back from anybody for over 48 hours since my post.

 

Below are a few more pictures showing the aftereffects of the burns on the left wrist. For good measure, I have included a picture of my right, unaffected wrist as well to provide a comparison.
