Fitbit Blaze frame

I like to use the rubber band that came with the device when exercising and then to switch it to the steel band that I bought separately when at work. However, changing the bands out can be annoying. If I had two different frames, I could leave the steel band and the rubber band connected to the frame and simply pop out the actual fitbit to switch between the two. Does anyone know where to buy just the square'ish frame, not a band?

I believe 3rd party frames are starting to appear on Amazon.

It will certainly make things easier for you. I have the official steel band that comes with its own frame and swapping between that and the rubber band is a cinch.

yes, I am wearing the one that comes with the silver mesh attached that i purchased for $49.00 through Amazon prime.  it is a perfect fit and a nice band.

i watched the clerk in the jewelry store change my band yesterday to a rose gold, she did it from the opposite end (not the little nubby) and used tweezers, much easier, hope this helps

Third party on Amazon.  I ordered one but since it is coming from China I will not have it until next week at best, I will post pictures once received.  $35 including shipping

if you go to 3rd party bands thread on page 5-6 there is a picture ofthe silver mesh band that comes with the frame attached, it is available through Prime and next day delivery.  $49.00, well worth it, a nice tight housing, i cannot tell the difference from the original at all.

The problem is only silvers comes with the case.  I just ordered this one on ebayfor $25, from China (sigh)

so I need a separate case, which is what I got on Amazon since they have not hit the Bay just yet.

I emailed a Amazon seller who is making the frames.  He is going to have them in matte black also.

my email from UMTele who sent the silver frame with the band attached said in 20 days they would have more colors of frames and bands for sale....i like the matte black too, where did you get the picture?  I have not seen that at all anywhere

That matte black one is nice. I had thought about painting or dyeing my silver one. I'll just wait and buy one. Now they need to come up with a frame that protects the exposed edges of the tracker.

My first thought when I saw the Blaze was this would be awesome if the frame was black, keep us informed of when it becomes available please. I'll then take the plunge and buy a blaze! Currently sporting a charge hr in black...

Awesome. A black frame is something I'd preferred from the start. Nice to see the aftermarket listening when fitbit won't. Now they need to come up with a better charger.

regarding edge protection, i applied a temper glass screen cover to my blaze yesterday (Bayite from Amazon -2 pack for $8.99--Prime).  it does offer a bit of protection  against scratching ( i read about too many people having them), but not too much for chipping which i also read about.

I would have liked the original Blaze frame to be either a bit smaller, or the Blaze itself to be a bit larger because there is enough of a gap between frame and bottom/top edges to get something (like even the edge of a door latch, seatbelt, etc) caught.

I am looking forward to the black matte frame too!  i already have the black mesh band.
