Hi All,
Have had my Blaze for a few months now but have suddenly encountered an issue when I start any activity. I first noticed it when i cycle and upload to Strava as my rides wouldn't upload but I've noticed it freezes syncing with any activity. Basically you start an activity, do said activity while i can see the timer and HR etc appearing normally, finish the activity as normal, but after i notice it dosn't sync steps/hr/cals burned etc, sync service appears to have stopped, force reboot the app, no avail so i have to reboot the phone then it starts working again. once the phone is up it seems to have recorded something but not everything and GPS goes out the window as seen on my strava pic: Strava Image
Was there a dodgey path that went out? I've done all the basics, uninstall/reinstall the app, even un-associate strava from my account and re re-associate it to no avail, basically it's tuned my watch into a large piece of overpriced junk.

Hi @mrkentsrus. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems getting your Blaze to record your activities accurately 😕
Thanks a lot for what you've tried to get your tracker to work!
I'm not sure what could be causing this but you could try a few things to get it to work as it should.
First, restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. Once you've done this, remove the Bluetooth bond between your phone and your tracker.
For that, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device". After this, proceed to set up your tracker as a new device.
In order to do this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
After doing this, try it out and see if you're able to track your activities without your Blaze freezing or doing anything weird and all the previous steps in that order hopefully will solve the problem.
Let me know if you need more help with this!
