I bought my fit bit blaze a few months. Sometimes it just turn off, but the screen said it was on. 2 weeks ago it just doesn't work. I ask the brand to solve the problem and they told me to do things that I already made. And the dont solve the problem. They just waste my time. My wife has an other one and the wacht doesn't work as it should be. I bought also their scale but without the watches is not worth for the money. What should I do?
