I've had My Blaze since April of 2016. It has been great overall. However, recently it has been having trouble charging when placed in it's charging port. I still have the charging cord that came with my purchase and connect it to my PC when I charge it.
Sometimes the battery symbol that lights up simply does not register when i connect my blaze to the charger. I have to wiggle the Blaze device inside the charger around or sometimes remove dust from the charger then it will register to begin the charging process.
I wonder if my Fitbit Blaze device is going bad or if my charger is going bad?

Its 2 years old. It could be on its last legs.
Have you tried a different USB port?

I've tried different ports and even got a new charger. My blaze at this point will not charge at all.... I'm guessing it's done for.

I have exactly the same problem. Bought in July 2016 and after 2 years and 2 months, Fitbit not willing to exchange (maybe I could understand) and not offering any repair (the don't provide this service). The only proposal I received is a 25% discount when buying a new monitor. Very very disappointing.
We have 3 Blazes in the family, and from now on I tell you: NO MORE Fitbit stuff allowed in the family.
The product and the service is terrible. Not having repair service is totally unacceptable.
Do you know that make with an small apple as logo?
That is absolutely my new brand; I should have to do it since first minute. No more doubts. It has nothing to do with the Fitbit sh....t
Fitbit knows they launched a firmware update, with an error!, and the ones that have the Blaze for more than 2 years... we are absolutely in the **ahem**.
Here, my thoughts and experience.
Thanks.

I recall taking the firmware update. I was unaware of a error with the firmware update. Do you believe the device not charging has to do with that latest firmware update? @KikeMarchuet

Hi @Drake42
Based on my experience, and what I suffered, yes, I am convinced.
After 2 years, 2 Blazes, very unlikely that both and showing problems, different days but always after the firmware update.
I hope Fitbit to recognize the issue and release a new firmware.
That would be more fair to all the community that offering refurbished monitors to the ones that are a pain for them.

I’ve had mine since November of 2015. It has operated flawlessly. Just recently I started having trouble charging it. If I fiddle with it enough it starts charging but I am afraid that will soon end. If anyone comes up with a fix let me know. I really like this device.
