My Fitbit Blaze BMP not working

Hi !! 

My name Vikky II just realized my Blaze BMP doesn't work not read the green flashlight on the back is working as normal as I read in community advice to restart Blaze I did it twice but still not working. 

please give me an advice I'm so worry about .

Is there green light working or not?

Haven't you checked the settings on the Blaze to see if heart rate is turned on?

in Setting Heart Rate is turn on I did check it all that you advice me is
right
I'm feel so sad don't know how should I do because I lives in Chiang Mai
Thailand no Fitbit store
I think I will call Fitbit Center at Bangkok Thailand I have to send it to
them
