Fitbit Blaze issues setting up

Hello All,

 

My friend broguht me a Fit Bit blaze from USA for me two days ago , but when iam trying to connect to it or charge it iam just getting a link on the blaze screen that is fitbit.com/setup, i have esclated this case to the supprot team they said me that please let your balze get charge for two hours and then you will be able to connect to it and you can update your blaze. As per the insrtuctions given by the support team i did but when i try to sync my blaze with my mobile device i can see in the fit bit app it says that battery is low where else i have charged my battery for two hours. If any one can please help me as to what is the problem or issue or is there really an issue with the fit bit blaze itself.

@Manmohan87  If your Blaze screen only shows "Fitbit.com/Setup" then you need to set up and add the tracker to your phone.  It will not show any battery indicator until after it has been set up.
