My Fitbit Blaze has suddenly stopped auto recognising any activity. I have tried some basic trouble shooting from other forums such as;
resetting it,
un-pairing it from my phone then repairing it,
Logging out then back in from my app and on the computer
adjusting the auto exercise recognition to ignore and then to 10 minutes
turning off my blue tooth and then turning it back on again
My Fitbit is running 17.8.402.1 and was auto recognising up until the 9th of January. It is 6 months old.
I am not sure what else I should do? Do I have a dud?

I’m having exactly the same problem which started Sunday 14/01/18. I’ve also tried restarting,logging out, unpairing and deleting and reinstalling the app all to no avail. Getting fed up with it now and may just go out and get an Apple Watch.

Don't get apple 🙂 You have to charge it every day, how annoying would that be 🙂
