Fitbit Blaze not charging or responding

I purchased a Fitbit blaze sept of 2018 as of Sunday it will not charge or turn on I’ve tried to hold button for 10 seconds and it does nothing

I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Blaze is not charging or turning on. Thanks a lot for trying to restart it. I'd like to help you out with this!

I'd like to know what happens if you put it in the charger. Are you able to see anything coming up on the display? Now, keep in mind that for restarting the Blaze, you need to press both, the left and lower right buttons at the same time for about 10-12 seconds and this should help restarting it.

Please try that out and let me know what happens when you try to charge it and if you need more help, feel free to let me know!
