My Fitbit stopped working last night. It won't charge, it won't turn on so I can restart it. My app says the battery is dead so why is the green light still on in the back? The connections are fine. There's no reason it shouldn't be charging. Any fixes that I should know about out there?

Hi there @BriCRandall, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems getting your Blaze to charge. Thanks a lot for all the details you provided.
I'd say that if the lights on the back of your tracker are working, it could only be stuck not turning on or charging. You can try to give it a little restart and then, put it to charge and see if that makes any difference. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.
Let us know how it goes after the restart. We'll be happy to help!

Hello, I had done some research and found this method worked. I appreciate your response. I'm back up and running again.
Thank you!

Hi there @BriCRandall, I'm happy to hear that you're now back on track! Thanks for letting me know! 😄
@Howsitgoing welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry you'r also having problems with this and thanks for trying to restart your tracker! Now, when you put it to charge, are you able to see anything on the display or it will not light up at all? If it's not responding at all, let me know. I'll take a deeper look.

My Blaze is exactly the same. No indication of power in. 2 button reset only displays 1 red bar. No reset. Fine 2 days ago. Another blaze charged fully in the cradle. Thoughts???
