When I connect my fitbit the battery flashes, looks like it charging, however, when I disconnect it's dead.

I'm sorry to hear that your tracker seems not to be charging correctly 😕

 

Now, I'd like to know if you've tried to charge your tracker on a different USB port or any other wall outlet. If so, does it do the same? Also, if you put it to charge, are you able to sync it while it's charging? When was the last time that your tracker was able to sync?

 

I'd love to have you back on track as soon as possible. I'll be looking forward for your reply!

Yes, it does. Wont sync neither.
