My Blaze won't hold a charge. When I plug it in, it will seem to reset with the logo screen, then go to the watch screen but the red battery indicator will show it is very low.
I had it in the charger overnight.
If it is out of the charger, it will not turn on at all.
I have already checked and cleaned the contacts, tried a reset, but it took a long time to come back on again. The pins are lined up correctly and it is not wet.
I contacted support and the only option given was to buy a new one as this one is two years old.
I don't want to reset again and I wonder how much longer I will be able to try anything given it is already so low.
Any other suggestions?
Been on the charger for 24 hours now. No change.

Hi there @IdahoCowgirl, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Blaze not holding a charge.
Unfortunately at this point, if you've already tried to restart it multiple times and it hasn't responded and if you've been in touch with the Support Team and they've said there is no way to fix it and that it can not be replaced since it's out of warranty, there's not much else that can be done 😕
Thanks a lot for understanding and if you'd like to take advantage of the discount, let me know. I'll be happy to help you out with the process!
