Hello,
I had purchased a Fitbit Blaze for my wife some time back (Best Buy, 4/29/2017). It has worked great for her until just earlier this week. It no longer seems to be charging. We gave it to a friend who also has a Blaze and it wouldn't charge in her charger either. One of the contacts looks different than my wifes' Fitbit as well though it's hard to see what is actually different. Again this just started happening and any advice for us would be appreciated. I have cleaned the contacts on the charger and the Blaze according to the how to's on the support pages.

Unfortunately, the chat support doesn't seem to know more than what the documentation in the support pages state. Generally I do my own troubleshooting before bothering anyone else.
If anyone else has any ideas, I'd greatly appreciate it.
