Fitbit Blaze not counting floors.

Hi, my Fitbit Blaze has suddenly stopped counting floors, all other functions are working normally. Any ideas on how to fix this?

My Blaze intermittently doesn't count them I.e. it has counted 8 floors so far today, yet I have just been upstairs and it hasn't registered it?? It doesn't count them when I carry my son upstairs either which is frustrating 😫

Having a problem with mine too , if I restart the blaze won’t all previous data be lost ?

Fitbit wouldn't let me restart the tracker so I could not see if doing

that would help it start counting floors again. I wish there was a phone

number so I could actually talk to a person for help!
