Hi, my Fitbit Blaze has suddenly stopped counting floors, all other functions are working normally. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Having a problem with mine too , if I restart the blaze won’t all previous data be lost ?

Fitbit wouldn't let me restart the tracker so I could not see if doing
that would help it start counting floors again. I wish there was a phone
number so I could actually talk to a person for help!
