Fitbit Blaze not displaying any information

My Fitbit Blaze screen lights up and connects to my phone but does not display any information. I have done a hard reset with no success, updated the app with no success.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Can you please confirm these are the steps you did in order to restart your Blaze:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

Also, can you be more specific about the issue you are having or provide me with a photo of your tracker's display?
