Fitbit Blaze not responding

My blaze has gone black. It's not turning on.. I've left it over life charging... but nothing seems to work. This is the replacement blaze I got because the first one went glitchy and froze! I've only had this for maybe 6months and now issues. Can you please out! How do I restart, reboot, recharge.. whatever... I just need my fit bit to work.. Thank you.. Anamaria Ancona

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems with your Blaze not responding 😕 Thanks a lot for all that you've tried to get it to work. I'd like to help you out!

 

To restart your Blaze, press the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. If after doing this it still doesn't turn on, feel free to let me know and I'll be happy to continue assisting you.

Hi Ferdinand, so my blaze isn't flashing. It's a complete black screen.. it's fully charged. But I only get a PARTIAL view of the screen when it is in its charger. That's the only time it turns on but as I mentioned, it's only the top portion of the screen is turned on. The bottom is black, and once I take it out of the charger... it goes totally black.

But none the less... I tried your recommendation of pressing the buttons on the side.. it didn't work. It didn't even turn on. So.. that's where I am my blaze...
