For approx 2 weeks I have had no sleep data recorded either detailed or simple data. I have not changed any settings, app is uptodate and I have powered down phone and restarted.
I have had Blaze for about 3 years. During this time I would get a random night of simple data usually because of where Blaze was sitting on my arm. I have had no other issues.
What could be causing this?

Hi there @Ali16M, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you're having problems getting your Fitbit Blaze to record your sleep. Thanks for what you've tried to get it to work. I'd like to help you out with this.
I'd like to share some suggestions with you.
1. When you wake up, try to sync your tracker manually. For the instructions on how to do this, click here.
2. Even if you've already tried this before, I will ask you to please give your Blaze a restart. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot
3. Try sleeping with your tracker on your non-dominant hand.
Also just in case, you can try to set it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need more help!
