My Fitbit blaze is not syncing the amount of steps that I walked especially in challenges. It deducts steps that I have walked throughout the day and if I end the challenge with a certain amount of steps it was deducts thousands of steps. The other day it would not sync 10000 of my steps. Last night I went to sleep with 30000 steps and when I woke up it said I only walked 28000. This is very frustrating. I have tried resetting my blaze, deleting and reinstalling the app, turning my phone on and off, etc. nothing works and I would like a solution to this problem because I am pretty obsessed with my Fitbit and paid more than enough money for it to work properly.

Hi @Alyssia. Welcome to the Fitbit Community! 🙂
I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the steps not being counted accurately on your tracker.
I'd like to know if before syncing your trackers you log any activities manually. Whenever you manually log an activity, this will override the information tracked by your Blaze and may decrease the number of steps and other stats as distance, calories burned, etc and the steps counted by manually logged activities don't count towards daily totals.
I'll be looking forward for your reply!
