Reetting does not work and setting not display Blaze Classic as a selection

Hi

 

I have two issues I am hoping someone can help with. 

Reset - If I press the left and bottom right buttons to reset - all I receive is notifications - has anyone worked this one out ?

 

Setting > Blaze Classic.  Thsi was in my setting yesterday and has now disappeared which is why I thought to reset.

 

Any help on the above would be muchly appreciated

Make sure to press and hold both the buttons until the screen starts to fade. It's also possible to turn off the Blaze in the settings on the tracker.

Another thought would be to go into the add tracker, now add your tracker as a replacement device to itself.
By any chance did the Blaze sync through an ios device? With ios Blaze Classic is not jeeded and i beli3ve gets disabled.
