Fitbit Blaze not syncing

My fitbit blaze hasn't been synced in a couple days. I went to sync it this morning and it got stuck on "looking." So I've turned my phone off and on, turned bluetooth off and on, deleted the fit bit from my account, deleted the app, did a hard reset on the fitbit, and made sure my location services is on and none of this has helped. It's still "searching" for my device. Help!

Habe you done a shutdown of the Blaze yet? Look in its settings menu on the unit.

@Maegyn Welcome to the Community! Well, I think your notifications are still working because it's a Bluetooth thing. However, the syncing is directly using the app and Bluetooth. Since you already deleted the Blaze from your account, you will need to do the set up process again instead of syncing. Please follow this procedure

I tried to add the fitbit back. However, it cannot find the fitbit to complete the inital process.

When you put on Bluetooth, it's finding other devices but NOT the FitBit ?

@Maegyn Thanks for the troubleshooting! In this case, I would recommend to contact Customer Support  so they can better investigate the issue.

Girls, i did everything. The thing that i did do that helped was I went to my bluetooth setting and clicked on my fitbit and hit "forget my device" and then clicked the fitbit again to reconnect. Then went to my fitbit app and it started syncing. I hope this helps you!

Mysteriously synced after I read a few posts. Ha! I think I have to keep my blue tooth on. I've been turning it off to save battery and blue toothing @ night.
