Fitbit Blaze not syncing

I go through hell and back to get my Fitbit Blaze to sync if I change time zones. My watch is 6 months old.   I travel allot and my watch is ALWAYS wrong because it will not automatically sync.  I have done all the tricks that you can Google including turn off Iphone, turn Iphone back on, turn off Blue Tooth, turn blue tooth back on.  Put watch next to phone, synch now, turn watch off.  Turn Iphone off, Turn Iphone back on...

What do you do besides ditch the watch and get an Apple Watch?

Hi there @Nanzia, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems getting your Blaze to sync with your iPhone. Thanks a lot for everything that you've already tried to get it to work. I'd like to help you out!

From what you've mentioned, there are a few other things I can suggest.

You can try to remove your tracker from the Bluetooth devices. For this, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone. On your connected devices, look for your tracker. Tap on it, then choose the option that says "Forget this device". Then, proceed to set up your tracker as a new device.

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Hope this helps. If you need more help with this, feel free to let me know!

I’ve tried pretty much everything from back button with bottom right button and shutting down, but it still won’t sync. It stopped three days ago without my knowledge. Will your suggestion cause lost info? I’m participating in a Work Week Challenge and need to retain the steps. 😄
