Fitbit Blaze not tracking miles correctly

Hello,

My wife walks about 6+ miles every day in a circular route. First lap she does in one direction then circles back and does the next lap on the other direction. It appears the Blaze is only measuring half the distance. Shouldn't it record the entire distance regardless of covering the same ground twice?

May we have some clarification on whether your wife is issuing the Connected GPS or not?

Thanks for the reply. We just realized connected GPS was turned off. We'll turn it on and see if that fixes the problem.

Not tracking properly what have to do

??? @Ranganath not track8ng miles properly when, and what mode are you using to track the miles? Did you start it on the tracker or app? With or without GPS?  My post above should help in figuring out why miles are off.
