Fitbit Blaze only showing simplified sleep details :/

Hi, PLEASE help! I have read all the topics on this forum and still can not find a solution.

Blaze is only showing the simplified sleep details, its a new Blaze and when turned on it updated. Apple App is up to date.... I have done all this over the past 4 nights to no avail in the morning.

  • If you slept in a position that prevented your tracker from getting a consistent heart-rate reading or wore it too loosely. For best results, wear your tracker higher on your wrist (about 2-3 finger widths above your wrist bone). The band should feel secure but not too tight.
  • If you used the Begin Sleep Now option in the Fitbit app (instead of simply wearing your tracker to bed).
  • If you slept for less than 3 hours.
  • If your tracker’s battery is critically low.

Has ANYONE found a solution to this as yet? Friend has a charge 2 and hasn't had a problem.

TIA

It's great to see you around @ClaireIbiza.

Thanks for troubleshooting this issue by yourself. If you are having issues with your sleep information, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there. After this, test your Blaze.

Let me know how it goes. Man Happy

Thanks for the reply, I read the thread and only seemed to come across many others with the same problem and no solutions, I have tried everything that others have done and still getting the simplified sleep stages. I have had my blaze for 1 week now and had simplified sleep stages every night. All the firmware is up to date, I wear it in the correct position not too tight and not too loose I have had it on sensitive, heart rate on, heart rate auto, I haven’t set it to sleep I have let the Fitbit do it for me, I have reset it holding the left and bottom right button. I truly am out of options and there doesn’t seem to be any solutions anywhere although they are marked as ‘solved’ this doesn’t seem to be the case for many of the people in the forums.
The blaze is detecting my heart rate all through the night as I can access that through the heartbeat tile on my dashboard.
Please can you give me a solid solution to this problem?

Hi there , my Fitbit blaze has just started to show simplified sleep data for the last 6 nights . I have had it 2 years and have no idea why it’s suddenly started to do this . I have been in contact with Fitbit and am still non the wiser as to why . I have done everything that has been suggested and still no solution. Not happy as this is my 3rd Fitbit in 4 years . They didn’t even offer a replacement and have not come up with an explanation as to why it’s started doing it .

My Fitbit Blaze started showing only simplified sleep data for over a week even though it was fully charged, getting eight hours of sleep and being worn correctly.  Resetting it did not help.  The only thing that fixed it was to “Remove” the watch from the app, and add it again like a new watch.  Now it works!

Thanks for that I have managed to remove it from both my iPad & iPhone but now it won’t connect to my Bluetooth on my iPhone which has been fine until I removed the Fitbit . It appears that I can connect to either or but not both which is weird as it was ok previously . Any ideas ?

The fitbit can only bluetooth pair with one device. So if it's paired to your iphone, then the fitbit app on your ipad would not get info directly from the blaze, but instead just get sync'd with the fitbit info in your account coming from the iphone.
