Fitbit Blaze only working in cradle

My Fitbit Blaze won't turn on. But when I put it in the charger it turns on but as soon as I take it out it shuts off again and it has a full battery.

If still on warranty then I suggest taking it back to have them look at it. I'm not sure why it would only light up when charging and not for normal use, unless a button is stuck pressing in or something.  Can you scroll left to settings and down to About and tap the Factory Reset options while it is in the charger (you may need to use a toothpick or tweezers to push the button while it is in the charger to light up the screen.

Mine just did the same tho g and customer service says there’s nothing they can do but give me so much off of a new fitbit
