Hi, I tried to charge my Fitbit Blaze today as it seemed dead. It came on straight away when put into the charger and said it was fully charged. We did the required updates and as soon as we remove it from the charger it turns to black and seems to be turned off. I’ve tried pressing and holding the buttons and nothing seems to be working. Can anyone offer any suggestions as to what might be wrong and how to fix it?
Thanks
