Fitbit Blaze, problem to sync

I have been trying to get my fitbit Blaze to sync with my phone for the last couple days.  I have restarted the app and the fitbit and still will not sync.  I have been trying to do the things that people have suggested however nothing is helping.  Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hey there @tingwersen! Great to see you around!

 

I can suggest trying to set up your tracker as a new device.

 

For this, restart your tracker a couple of times again by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and after that, go to the Account section in the app, tap on "Set up a new device", follow the on-screen instructions and see if this goes through.
