Fitbit Blaze refusing to update

Hello!

I wonder if anyone can help.

For the second time that I've had the blaze, I am struggling to update the firmwear. Everytime I try to update it fails. I have tried switching the blaze off and on, un-pairing the blaze with my phone and turning my phone on and off. Nothing will make it update...

If I had a windows computer, I'd try to do it through there but I only have a mac and an ipad.

Hi,  I had this issue too.  I called and was helped.  We made sure my app was updated.  We unpaired my blaze, turned off my phone.  made sure my blaze battery was fully charged.  Shutdown the blaze while the phone was off.  Then Restated the phone, added the blaze to it again and it updated and is working great now.
