Hello All,

 

I am currently trying to return my fitbit blaze.  I have cleared all messages and removed it from my dashboard.  Is there anything else I need to do before I send it back?  Maybe a factory reset?  I'm seeing that my current days data is still on the device.

Your personal information and data is paired to your email address and password protected. No need to do anything else in order to return your Blaze.

Hello @sa21189 welcome to the Fitbit Community! as @Odyssey13 mentioned once you remove the tracker from your account it is no longer associated with your information.
