I just got my Fitbit Blaze and the app says it is medium battery but the screen is black and won’t turn on and isn’t charging.

Best AnswerMine has been doing this for a while. It shows low battery then a black screen but after charging, the synced app says battery full but only getting black screen on watch. I have tried to reset, but since is sensing a low battery, it won’t reaet
