Blaze won't turn on

My Blaze is fully charged and knocks on when I put it into charger. However, when I take it out it won’t knock on at all, tried resetting, still won’t work. Anyone have any tips please?

Hi there. I have the same problem with my Fitbit Blaze. Have you received any assistance to rectify this problem ?
