Hoping I can get some help, my husband has a brand new Blaze. We put it on the charger and it is now fully charged, but the thing is when we take it off the charger the screen stays black it doesn't matter how many times I push the buttons. But when we put it back on the charger it starts up and displays the clock. Is there a way I can get it working?

First, what do you mean by brand new? Fitbit stopped producing this tracker some time at the end of last year. Perhaps it was sitting on a shelf somewhere fully discharged? If so, the battery may be permanently damaged.
If a restart doesn't work, i would return it to wherever you bought it.

It's great to welcome you @csmrutter2016 and @SunsetRunner thanks for the input.
I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue and would like to know if the instructions provided by our friend worked? Are you still having issues with your husband's tracker?
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()
