Hi, on a recent trip to Wales my wifes Blaze screen decided to start jittering from side to side for example the clock face would be rapidly going back and forth - really strange. Tried changing modes and the same thing for each of the mode screens. She does have the latest blaze software loaded, the battery was charged and the iphone app is up to date. To fix I had to do a hard reset on the blaze. We had during that day clambered up snowdon and weather was very damp and the jittering did not happen until we were back at the base. My Blaze did not show any problems. Has anyone else seen any issues like this

A warm welcome to the Community @burnleyjim and thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If you are having problems with your Blaze display, I recommend performing a restart. These steps should fix the issue.
Let me know how it goes. ![]()
My fitbit blaze has started going back and forth. Will try hard reset.
