My Fitbit Blaze has been working great but suddenly I travel across time zones and it refuses to sync to the new time. I've tried manually putting the time zone in, restarting it, restarting my phone, setting the Fitbit up as a device and logging out of my account. None of those things worked. It just syncing everything else just not time. Does anyone else have any other ideas?

Great to see new faces @Jonnyjon, welcome!
Thanks for troubleshooting this timezone issue by yourself. I would like to know if you have checked the timezone in the device you are using to sync your Blaze? Keep in mind that the device you use to sync needs to have your preferred timezone too.
Also, I recommend taking a look at the help article What should I know about traveling with my Fitbit?.
Keep me posted. ![]()

Yes, the timezone on my device was set to the correct time. I actually just got it working. When I was trying to sync the Fitbit I was connected to airport WiFi so I believe that was the problem. Once I got to the hotel and connected to their WiFi the time switched.
