Blaze is overheating

Fitbit Blaze not holding charge now it’s overheating. Any suggestions? I’m extremely frustrated!

If your Blaze is overheating, I recommend not to wear it. I've gone ahead and escalated your case to our Support Team, for them to take a deeper look at this, please keep an eye on your inbox for further instructions.

I was instructed to return my fitbit blaze.  I did so on 6/25/2018 but to date I have not received acknowledgement of receipt or any further instructions.  I would like to know where we are in the process to replace my device.
