My Blaze won’t hold a charge. It was at 100% last night and at some point during the night it lost its charge.

Hi, I've read a few topics on here and followed the advice given but my Blaze still won't charge. Ive tried cleaning the contacts, have reset 4 or 5 times, have tried a different charging cradle and it still won't charge!! Please help!! When I put it in the cradle it doesn't have the battery bar moving to show its charging it has an empty bar with the red bar flashing. As soon as its out of the cradle it dies within 1 min!

It's great to hear that you will be receiving a replacement @Jpiercy. At the moment of receiving it, you just need to do the following from your Fitbit app to set it up:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click the Account icon.
  2. Tap Set Up a Device.
  3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

I have contacted support and must run a battery check before they can offer any help. I must charge it fully then record how long the charge lasts until completely dead. During this period I must synch it at least 5 times.
