Fitbit Blaze shows incorrect time and can't correct it

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

All of a a sudden the time on my Blaze changed and when I tried to fix it following instructions there was no "gear" icon. So I deleted the device and now it will not complete the " add a new device" function. Have turned bluetooth off and on multiple times and can't count the number of times I have tried to begin again.

help please

Hello @SamEY, your tracker will not connect, therefore your time is off.

So you removed the tracker, but since the tracker won't connect to the app, of course you can not set it up.

Oncr we get the sync problem fixed,  you should be able to setup the tracker as a new device.

Lets restart the tracker

Turn bluetooth off/on on the device that you want to sync through.

If on the phone remive the tracker from the phones bluetoorh.

Now try and setup the device.

Let us know if it fails and at which step plus any error messages .

Not knowing if your on an app or web, I'm not sure which setting gear your asking about.

You have restarted the Blaze, try doing a shutdown through its settings menu.

Have you followed the troubleshooting link posted in my last comment?

Tried all recommendations repeatedly to no avail. Had to go to chat and they pretty  much did the same things and it eventually worked...although it never showed "completed" on the screen. The tech saw it on his screen though so we ended it even though our screen said " finishing up" and the wheel was still spinning.
