Fitbit Blaze stops tracking time when it's dead

Not that big of an issue, but my boyfriend tends to let his watch go until it's dead and then he charges it. He's noticed that if he restarts the watch and he can't immediately sync it with his phone, the time is WAY off. Here is a photo, it's happened a couple times.

@SunsetRunner  This is how the Blaze now acts after the battery dies or the Blaze is shut off.  When that happens, you will have to sync to correct the date and time again.
