Purchased a second hand Fitbit blaze for my O/H. The watch was working absolutely fine for about 1 week and the Fitbit ran out of charge, my OH then proceeded to charge the Fitbit. He was then met with the Fitbit logo screen and has been stuck on that ever since. I have searched and searched for a fix to this what seems to be very common issue and have found nothing. We have tried to re-set the Fitbit and repair to the phone but it Is still not working. Does anyone have any answers otherwise it was just completely money wasted as he barely got to use it!
