Fitbit Blaze stuck showing two logos

Hey charged up my blaze ok

went on the phone app checked few things it sync and changed face clock

went to bed

now screen is stuck on what looks like two fitbit logo put togheter ovelaping

i have tried to reset it by pushing buttons but no luck screen keeps turning on and off and goes bright and dull all on its own

Sometimes doing the restart 3 times in a row helps so try that.

 

Can you change the clock to something else and see if anything changes?

Hi there @Milinz. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

 

I'm sorry you're having problems with your Blaze showing this but I agree with @WendyB, try to restart your tracker by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and if that doesn't work, try to change the clock face on your tracker.

Hey thanks for the reply.

I have tried number of times to restart 

however fitbit is not responding at all.

i have seen one post on here to try let it go flat and then try recharging to firce restart i guess

also I have been in touch with fitbit and waiting for them to contact me soon
