Fitbit Blaze unresponsive

Hi! My blaze stopped tracking active minutes a few weeks ago and even though I would workout for two hours, it would register 45 minutes. Then, the device stopped syncing a week after. And finally the screen stopped being responsive to anything. There isn’t any water damage to the device and it is only two years old. I’ve tried resetting it and letting the battery die. Help!
