Fitbit Blaze will not turn on.

I opened my brand new Fitbit Blaze and charged it. Synced it to my phone while it was charging. And now I can't even turn it on without it being in the charger. I have tried the reset method "left and bottom right buttons" but still nothing. I do not know if this is suppose to happen, but the device also turns off or the screen goes black as soon as I remove it from the charger.

On December 6, 2016 I got my Fitbit Blaze and started using it. Soon after, about 4 months later, it began giving me problems with charging the battery and then the screen started to twinkle, and now it won't turn on at all. I opened a ticket with Fitbit about six weeks ago and didn't get a confirmation they got it or a response. What can I do now? All this money and it doesn't work at all.
