I've been using my Blaze for a while (approx 2 years), and today it went flat. I've put it on the charger but today it won't charge. Any suggestions?

I have given up on Fitbit. I am carefully with the products and don’t abuse them. They have never been exposed to water. I have had 2 battery issues-2 different models.

I had the same problem last fall and I determined that the door on the charger was not closing tight enough. I bought another charger from Best Buy and it did not close tight enough either. So, I took a plastic wrap tie and wrapped around the window on the charger on the side that latch is on. That was a half a year ago and it is still charging perfectly. My Fitbit is over 2 1/2 years old.

Make sure it is a small rap tie and only has one loop around the window.

My Fitbit Blaze will not charge. I purchased a new charger. Tried it with a wall charger and a different USB port and nothing is working. I’ve had it for two years and I’ve worn and used it faithfully. Please help. I’ve tried resetting it per instructions in the forums and still nothing. Please help

My Fitbit did the same thing at about two years and I finally just wrapped a plastic wrap-tie around the window frame closest to the contacts. I determined after some experimentation that there was not enough pressure on the contacts on the charger to properly touch the contacts on the watch.

When you close the door, it puts more pressure on the watch to make contact with the charger. It has worked for me about another two years

I am dealing with the exact same thing.  I have received a new charger and it still won't charge when I get anything at all it is a battery  with a red line on the left, showing a dead battery.  Tried to restart but it just goes from a black screen to the battery with the red on it.

I tried that before I got on with a rep.  but it didn't work so they sent me a new charger and it still won't charge.

How long did you try to let it charge? I had to let mine charge between 24 to 48 hours once it got to a certain low level. It bounced between zero and one bar of red most of your time before it turned to the green bars on the charging.

It has been on the charger for 32 hours and I can't even get the battery icon to come up . All I have is a black screen.

My Blaze will not charge.  Have reset it 3 times, to no avail.  It’s 2.5 years old.  Suggestions?

It went completely dead and then just started charging 🤷🏼‍:male_sign:. Issue seems resolved for the moment.

I did try a reboot but it did not work. When I put it in the charger it shows a battery level in the red zone and sometimes it just shows the Fitbit symbol. Please help. This is my second Fitbit. The first one did the same thing. Fitbit sent me things to make it work but nothing helped. I am considering purchasing an Apple Watch. I have heard they do not have these issues.

I also bought two new chargers, one from Walmart and another from Best Buy. The one from Best Buy seem to work best. At first it took a lot of time to get it recharged again so be ready to spend the day or so doing that.

That was over a year ago and my Fitbit is working perfectly.

Good morning!
There is no helping it. It is gone. I have had the same experience with the
Fitbit. It is nothing they can do and Fitbit only warranties the device for
1 year. It lasts for two years with everyday all day wear. I have chosen to
purchase an Apple Watch instead. I miss the challenges with fitbit
community but that is a alot of money to invest in a device that dies after
two years and there isn't any repair or maintenance options. NONE. So my
advice is to invest in the Apple watch. I know exactly how you feel. Good
luck to you.

I agree. I did just that and I love my Apple Watch.
