Hello All.
My Blaze was working until a couple days ago. Now it won't hold a charge. I even tried to charge it over night. I pulled it off 6:45 a.m. and by 10:30 a.m. (4 hrs) later it was dead. I have checked all my settings, turned off all day sync, even did a reset. Nothing helps.
Any idea what's causing this?

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. I would like to know if you have contacted our support team, have they offer you a solution for this?
Hope to hear from you soon. ![]()

The only solution that was offered was a discount for a new device. Which is something I cant afford right now. It's just crazy that my device went from lasting a couple days on a full charge to lasting 4 hours max over night.

Those are great news @Sfrancis36, it's good to hear that you received a discount. If you are interested in using that discount, in this page you will be able to compare all the Fitbit devices. Maybe there is one that meet your needs.
Keep the stepping up! ![]()
