Fitbit Blaze won't login

My Fitbit wouldn't track my sleep when I synced it one morning, so I deleted the app and reuploaded it. Now everytime I type in my email and password to login if comes up with its forbidden.

How can I sort this out?

What is the exact text of the error message you're seeing? It sounds like a problem with your Fitbit login...

@Jhanzz could you be trying to create an account.

As for your missing sleep, depending on how soon after you wake up, or how busy the server is, it might take a while and another sync before sleep shows. Ive had the period as long as 6 hours.

Yes this is the app amd not the tracker. What phone do you have?

Have you searched the phones forum for an answer?

How about posting a screen shot

The exact message is ' oops, something went wrong. Please try again. The operation couldn't be completed. (Login error 0.)

Then I tried to reset my password to see if thag made a different but another error message comes up but this time it says ' failed to send. Request failed: forbidden (403)

It's great to have you here @Jhanzz! Thanks for replying to the questions and troubleshoot from @Rich_Laue and @macgurlnet! This error typically shows when Fitbit site can't be reached. I would like you to wait for some minutes or hour and try again. If possible, you may want to try using your computer if you're in an app.

Thanks for your understanding.
