Fitbit Blaze won't scroll

Got my Blaze yesterday and will not scroll left or right up or down

A few cobwebs from packing maybe @Davo1709

Remove it from its charging cage or wrist band and hold the left and lower right buttons until your Blaze vibrates - press the left (home) button and swipe right to left with your finger. Did it swipe?

Hi @Davo1709. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

Be sure to follow @wmchapman's great advise to ensure that the buttons on the module itself will be aligned with the buttons on the frame and if this doesn't seem to be the problem, you can also try to restart your tracker. 

You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. Let us know how it goes!
